Webmaster Services are for all sites hosted by Saxman Software. We generally do not provide webmaster or maintenance support for other servers due to all the unique configurations we have encountered. All webmaster agreement plans include priority service for e-mail POP account management, responses to webmaster mail, dead link and functionality evaluations and a specific level of included page maintenance (i.e. HTML text updates and adding newsletters etc.) based on the monthly amount of maintenance required to perform the required tasks. Custom server configurations and other work that cannot be completed through regular FTP uploads may require additional setup charges.
